Technical requirements for diamond wire saw machine in submarine pipeline projects
Based on the operating environment and processing objects of underwater diamond wire saw machine, the diamond wires should meet the technical requirements as following:
1) Underwater diamond wire saws can work in sea areas below 60 m underwater;
2) Can be used under turbid water conditions;
3) Can meet the cutting operations of single-layer and double-layer submarine pipelines;
4) The tension of the wire saw bead rope can be indirectly measured by the stress test device, which can be directly read by the display instrument: The radial cutting displacement of the wire saw during cutting can be measured by the static magnetic grid displacement sensor, which can be directly read by the display instrument, and the cutting parameters can be adjusted accordingly according to the measured data.
